We just photographed Kristen and Lee’s wedding. But I shot some bridal portraits for a display at the reception.

I didn’t want to blog about it early as Lee may have “stumbled” on to it. Kristen did NOT want him to see her dress. She wanted something very formal (like her Grandmothers portrait) so we started with that. Then I gave her some more ideas and finished up with some of the old Hollywood style photos from the 40′s

Anyways, here are a few and I will put up some of the wedding photos soon.

Brandi and Joe had a beautiful beach wedding at the Trade Winds Resort in St Pete Beach.

Family came in from all over the state and beyond. There was a lot of passionĀ  with these two. They needed very little direction from me…if any thing, it was me telling them we had to “move on now” Getting a passionate kiss from them was easy. I just stayed out of the way :-)

I was able to capture a wonderful moment right before Brandi went down the aisle with her dad. To me, some of these photographs tell the real story of the day. The bridal party was very fun loving and had lots of “input” for what kind of photos to shoot. I enjoy getting out of the way and letting everyone have fun, and there was lots of that going on. Brandi’s Mom and Dad even did a special dance later at the reception. A tribute to the disco era. I could tell they have done that before. Great job!

Congrats Brandi and Joe, here are just a few of the images I wanted to share.
