month: October 2009

Julie and Chris were married at St Stevens and had the reception on the Starship in Channel side. DeNeal and I enjoyed the day with their families. The Starship is a great place for a reception (besides the guests can’t leave the boat ;-) ). Everyone had a blast, on the dance floor or hanging out up top to see the city lights. It was hard for me to pick out just a few images to share. They just got back from their honeymoon.

Congrats Julie and Chris!

Cassie and Kevin were married at the Tampa Marriott Waterside. It’s a great venue and our first time shooting a wedding in their outside area by the water. A perfect day! Cassie’s colors included purple (her shoes were purple too). And there was much attention to details. A live band kept everyone on the dance floor and a candy area for the “kids”. We met a few of the relatives that were from Minnesota, where we are from. So that was fun talking about why we are no longer living up north. The bridal party was very fun loving and the event truly turned out well. Here are a few images we picked out.

Congrats Cassie and Kevin!

I loved photographing Andria and Cory’s wedding. A blended family with lots of emotion makes for interesting photos. The sun almost set before the ceremony ended, we had to move quickly. The toasts at the reception were very moving, especially Cory’s Grandmother’s. It was our first time working with “four Seasons” event planners. They made sure everything would move along. They should just about be back from their Hawaiian honey moon.

Congrats to Andria and Cory!

Sherry and Chris’ celebration was at the Palma Ceia country club in south Tampa. It rained while everyone was getting ready, but cleared out in time for the ceremony. The lawn was a perfect place for the out door service.

DeNeal and I enjoyed the party as the reception was decorated quite nicely. Many cool areas to photograph as well. Sherry and Chris were referred to us from a wedding we shot last year. Sherry fell in love with our storybook we designed for Veronica and Andrew.

We are in full wedding season now, completely booked until Dec. Lets see how well I do keeping up with my blogging.

Here are a few images I liked. Congrats sherry and Chris!!!
